We believe that the most important asset of a bank is its personnel. In order to achieve excellence in customer relations, we put great emphasis on the selection and training of our staff.

Unlike some other institutions, more than scholastic accolades, our recruitment policy focuses on career objectives, motives and background of the applicants.

We provide to our staff both in-house and external training programs and also programs by outside sources. Twice a year, appraisals of the personnel by senior staff are carried out, and salary levels and promotions are highly dependent on the outcome of these appraisals.
